We are currently experiencing an issues affecting the ArtifaxEvent application resulting in a number of objects being unable to open correctly.
We are investigating a number of different potential causes and resolutions and we are working to restore the application functionality as soon as possible.

We have applied a fix to all hosted servers and this issue is now verified as resolved. Whilst situations such as this are extremely rare, we do apologise for the inconvenience this caused and thank you for your patience.
