We have become aware of an issue that is causing Two Factor Authentication to fail on ArtifaxEvent sites. When attempting to login, users are met with a message stating "Sorry, the OTP verification failed. Please try again":
This issue is caused by an outage that our Two Factor Authentication provider, Twilio Verify, is experiencing in relation to an ongoing incident with AWS.

AWS have implemented mitigations and we are now seeing 2FA logins successfully again.
