Overview
Best Practice Roundtables are interactive Artifax Connect sessions where customers come together to discuss practical approaches to using Artifax.
These sessions are designed as facilitated discussions rather than presentations, giving participants the opportunity to compare approaches, share questions, and learn from how other teams are using Artifax in practice.
These sessions work best when participants bring their questions and experiences to share with the group.
Each roundtable is led by a member of the Artifax Customer Success team, who helps guide the conversation and highlight useful ideas and examples.
What to Expect
Best Practice Roundtables are designed to be conversational and participatory.
Sessions typically include:
A short introduction to the topic
Facilitated discussion with other Artifax users
Real-world examples from participating organisations
Opportunities to ask questions and share ideas
Rather than presenting a single “correct” approach, these sessions explore different ways organisations successfully use Artifax in practice.
Who Should Attend
These sessions are particularly valuable for:
Artifax Administrators
System champions
Operational managers
Anyone responsible for improving processes in Artifax
Outcomes
After attending a Best Practice Roundtable, you should leave with practical ideas you can apply in your own organisation to improve processes, system usage, or team adoption.

Reports: From Data to Decisions
Past Sessions
Configuration & Clean-Up Clinic
Who it's for:
Artifax Administrators
Overview:
Over time, configuration can become cluttered with unused reports, outdated custom forms, and legacy settings. This session explores practical ways to keep your Artifax system organised, efficient, and easy to manage.
Through discussion with other Artifax customers, we’ll look at approaches for managing permissions, streamlining reports, reviewing configuration, and deciding when to archive or remove system items.
Making Change Stick
Who it's for:
All Artifax customers, particularly system champions, administrators, and managers responsible for improving processes and adoption.
Overview:
Many system rollouts begin with strong momentum but gradually lose traction. In this interactive Artifax Connect session, we talk to Adam Pepper (Head of Customer Experience) explores why this happens and what organisations can do to sustain meaningful change.
Together we’ll look at the human factors that influence adoption, the leadership behaviours that sustain momentum, and the operational practices that turn good intentions into everyday habits.
Participants will leave with practical ideas to help their teams move from system launch to long-term success.
